ALL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS DONE ONLINE.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from New Ulm Jr Baseball.
Use current grade level at time of registration.
If interested in applying for United Way funding please complete the United Way application below and bring to open registration on TBD. A NUJBA Representative will sign your United Way application (Organization Section) and you will be given a Discount Code to use when registering online. Also, please drop off your $300 deposit check and pick up your raffle tickets during the two dates to be specified. You are responsible for mailing the required forms to United Way for confidentiality reasons. We must receive full payment in order for your son(s) to participate.
